On Friday 22nd February 2008 a Symposium focusing on EU-Philippines higher education policy and cooperation issues was held in Manila, The Philippines. The event aimed to provide a platform for high-level dialogue between government officials, senior managers, policy makers and representatives from higher education institutions and academic networks from The Philippines and Europe.
